LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
Using the ultimate Nd:YAG laser technology, we can remove most unwanted tattoos. Every colour of ink requires a different wavelength of light and amount of energy to be efficiently removed. The short pulses penetrate the top layer of skin and shatter the tattoo ink into tiny fragments, without causing damage to the skin. Over time, your body’s natural healing processes (the lymphatic system) remove the ink fragments from your body. This allows the tattoo to fade over time.
The number of sessions required to remove the tattoo are dependant on the age, colour and density of the ink. We need to allow the skin to heal between treatments and for the immune system to flush away the ink particles. We recommend a minimum of six weeks between sessions and sometimes up to eight weeks for darker skin. A full complimentary consultation and patch test is required before we book your personal tattoo removal treatment plan.
