Because we provide aesthetic treatments, we also collect Special Category health information, which is subject to additional protection due to its sensitive nature. We get this information directly from you.

We keep your information for 8 years, or 7 years from the age of 18 if you were a child when treated.

 

For our younger clients

If you are under 18, here is the "bite-sized" version of how we use your data:

  • Why we need it: To give you safe beauty treatments and book your appointments.

  • How long we keep it: Usually for 8 years, or until you are 25 if you were under 18 when you visited us.

  • Your rights: You can ask to see what info we have or ask us to fix mistakes.
